Striploin of beef, horseradish creme

All natural chicken breast, rainbow chard, Mustard glaze

Grilled swordfish steaks, lemon- caper butter sauce

Baked Sweet Potatoes and String Beans with caramelized shallots and crisp bacon bits

Dessert
Warm apple cobbler w/Cinnamon vanilla whipped cream

Coffee, Tea, decaf coffee and assorted soft drinks
